About Best Gym Equipment

Best Gym Equipment sells cardio machines, racks, free weights and studio kit online, from home gear up to genuinely commercial equipment. A Best Gym Equipment discount code buys heavy goods, which changes what matters: how the thing reaches you, and what the warranty covers once it is in the room.

A reseller, not a maker, and there is no showroom

Trading since 2011, it carries close to ninety third-party brands across commercial, light-commercial and home tiers, with no house label of its own. There is no visitable shop, and the address on the site belongs to an accountancy practice rather than a warehouse. Everything is judged from a product page, so ring them before committing on a big machine.

Free delivery means ground floor, possibly the kerb

Their wording is explicit: one person, to ground level, and depending on the carrier that can mean the kerbside. It does not include taking anything upstairs, so a first-floor gym means arranging the lift yourself. Because the catalogue spans small accessories and palletised machines, one order can travel with several carriers and arrive on different days.

Changing your mind on a pallet is expensive

Returns need approval first and must come back in their original packaging; you pay the carriage, and a collection charge and a restocking charge come off the refund. Opened hygiene items, custom orders and refurbished stock are not returnable at all.

Ask how long the labour is covered, not the frame

The retailer commits to a floor of a year of parts and labour; above that the manufacturer's warranty applies, split by component — a headline figure usually describes the frame. One brand they stock covers cardio frames for five years but labour for two, and indoor cycle labour for six months. Ask how long labour runs, and whether it is on-site or back-to-base. Two conditions also void cover: storing equipment somewhere damp or on unsealed concrete, which catches the garage gym, and putting home-rated kit into a paid-access gym.

Using a Best Gym Equipment discount code

Enter the code at checkout and confirm stock and lead time by phone on anything expensive, since delivery timing draws more complaints than the equipment itself. Ask for the manufacturer's spec sheet too: continuous-duty motor rating, maximum user weight and belt dimensions are often absent from listings.
