Service Details 2.1. The Service entitles the subscriber to unlimited next-day delivery on eligible orders for a one-time payment of £6.99. 2.2. The subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 2.3. The Service is available for delivery to UK addresses only. Please note - Orders from Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Channel Islands, Jersey, and Isle of Man are excluded from service. 2.4. Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders need to be placed before 10pm Monday to Friday and 2pm Saturday to Sunday. 3. Payment & Subscription 3.1. The subscription fee is a one-time payment of £6.99. 3.2. The fee is non-refundable unless required by law. 3.3. The subscription does not automatically renew. After the 12-month period, you must manually resubscribe to continue using the Service. 4. Usage Restrictions 4.1. The Service applies only to personal use and not for business or resale purposes. 4.2. The Service cannot be transferred to another person or account. 4.3. Orders must meet all standard terms of purchase, including product availability and delivery location eligibility. 5. Cancellation & Termination 5.1. The Premier Delivery subscription can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase by contacting Customer Service. A full refund will be issued if no orders have been placed using the service. 5.2. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if fraudulent use is detected. 6. General Terms 6.1. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice. 6.2. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated via our website. 6.3.
