    Check out with care

    For a code, paste it into the retailer’s promo-code box and apply it. Check that your discount appears in the final total before you pay.

A code or a deal?

The next step depends on the type of offer you choose.

Voucher code

A few characters to copy.

A voucher code is entered at the retailer’s checkout. Look for a box labelled “promo code”, “discount code” or “voucher code”.

  • Reveal and copy the code.
  • Paste it at checkout and select Apply.
  • Check the discount before paying.
Deal

Straight to the offer.

A deal takes you to an offer on the retailer’s website. You may see a sale price or an offer applied automatically, without entering a code.

  • Follow the deal to the retailer.
  • Choose eligible products or services.
  • Confirm the offer in your basket.

Do I need an account?

You can browse offers and use voucher codes without creating an account. Saved offers are stored in the browser you use.

What if my code doesn’t work?

Check that you copied it correctly and that your basket meets the conditions. The offer may have expired or exclude some items. If it still won’t apply, try another offer and check the final price before you pay.

Can I keep an offer for later?

Select the heart on an offer to save it. Your list stays in that browser on that device; it does not sync through an account. Saving an offer does not extend its expiry date.

Who helps with my order?

Your purchase is with the retailer. Contact them for help with payment, delivery, cancellations or returns.
