About Broadway Direct (US)

Broadway Direct provides information about Broadway productions and routes to purchasing theatre tickets. Its show pages let visitors explore performances and select ticket options, with some purchases handled directly and others sent to an official ticketing partner. Start with the production, theatre and date you want, then compare the exact performance and seats rather than treating every listing for a show as an equivalent offer.

Finding the show and performance you want

Performance times can vary between dates, so check the day, local time and theatre address against your travel plans. A matinee and an evening performance require different arrangements around transport or other activities. Review any stated age guidance and information relevant to your party before booking. Allow suitable time to reach the venue rather than planning only around the start time printed on the ticket.

Comparing seats and the actual ticket price

Seat location influences both the view and the price. Use the seating chart to compare the section, row and any view restrictions stated for the selected seat. A lower-priced seat is not necessarily comparable with a more central position. If buying for a group, select the individual seats carefully and confirm that the intended people can sit together before moving to checkout.

Understanding the ticketing destination

Broadway Direct explains which shows use its ticketing system and which direct customers to another official partner. Review the destination and applicable terms before completing the purchase. Ticket fees, delivery format and arrangements for changes or refunds can depend on that booking. Check the final amount and ticket instructions instead of assuming one production's purchase conditions apply to another.

Checking dates, delivery and offer conditions

If you find a Broadway Direct discount code, confirm that it is valid for the production, performance and ticketing destination you have selected. Offers can have seat or date restrictions, so assess the price of tickets you can actually use. Proofread the booking details before payment and keep the confirmation accessible. Recheck venue and admission information before attending so the selected date, time and required ticket format are clear.
