About Dorothy Perkins UK

Dorothy Perkins is one of the older names on the British high street and is no longer on it. The shops closed, the brand was bought, and it now trades online only as part of Debenhams Group, in company with Wallis, Burton, Coast, Oasis, Warehouse and Miss Pap.

For shoppers the practical change is that there is nowhere to try anything on, which makes the size guide and the returns policy the two pages worth reading before the discount code.

What the range covers

Womenswear across the everyday categories: dresses, tops, knitwear, jeans and trousers, coats and jackets, workwear, occasion pieces, nightwear and swim, with shoes and accessories beside them.

Petite, Tall and Curve run as separate ranges rather than as a handful of extra sizes bolted onto the main line, which is the reason a great many people came to the brand in the first place.

Buying online only

Fit varies between those ranges more than it does within a single collection, so a size that works in the main line will not automatically work in Petite or Curve. Product-level fit notes and the stated model height are more reliable guides than the general size chart.

Because everything arrives by post, factor the return route into the decision. Ordering two sizes and sending one back is a legitimate strategy, but check whether returns are free before you build an order around it.

Using a Dorothy Perkins discount code

Put the basket together, enter the code in the promotion box at the checkout stage and confirm the amount due has changed before payment goes through. You will see these described as Dorothy Perkins discount codes, voucher codes and promo codes interchangeably.

Two restrictions turn up again and again. Sale stock is normally carved out of sitewide offers, so the reduced price and the code price need comparing rather than adding together. And a code issued for one Debenhams Group label does not travel to another, which is the usual explanation when something that looks valid is rejected at the final step.
