About Ferrari World Abu Dhabi (US)

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is the Ferrari-branded theme park on Yas Island, and tickets are sold direct from its own site rather than only through resellers.

What is inside the park

The building is the largest space-frame structure ever put up, and under that red roof sit more than forty attractions. Formula Rossa is the headline, still the fastest rollercoaster in the world, launched by a hydraulic system to a speed that requires protective goggles. Around it are a record-holding vertical loop, family coasters, driving experiences, a Ferrari factory tour ride and a good deal aimed at small children rather than adrenaline seekers. It is indoors and air conditioned, which is the practical reason it works in summer when the outdoor parks do not.

Which ticket to buy

This is the decision that saves the most. A single-park day ticket covers Ferrari World alone. A multi-park ticket adds the neighbouring parks on the same island, and if you are staying more than a day it is almost always cheaper per park than buying separately. An annual pass pays for itself quickly for residents. Some rides carry height restrictions that will disappoint a child who has queued, so check those against your own children before booking rather than at the gate.

Where the offer code goes

Tickets are bought through the site's own booking flow, and the promotional field appears at the checkout step after the date and ticket type are chosen, before payment. Enter it there and confirm the price has changed before completing. Many of the offers here are not codes at all but bundled tickets, family packages or hotel-and-ticket combinations priced as a set, and those apply on their own. A code and a package will not usually stack.

Planning a visit

Buying online ahead of the day is cheaper than at the gate and it is also how you avoid the queue for the ticket window. Book the earliest entry slot if the aim is the big coasters, since the queues build through the day. Check the opening hours for your date rather than assuming, because they shift with the season and with events on the island. If you are travelling from Britain, tickets are priced in dirhams and your card issuer will add its own conversion charge on top.
