About Wedgwood

Wedgwood discount codes and voucher codes are listed above. Underneath is what the pottery makes, how to buy tableware that will last, and what a Wedgwood discount code covers.

About Wedgwood

Wedgwood was founded in Staffordshire in 1759 and is among the oldest names in English ceramics. The pale blue Jasperware with white relief is the thing everyone pictures, and it has been in production for the better part of three centuries.

The company now sits in the same group as Waterford and Royal Albert, and offers frequently cover one of those names rather than all of them, which is worth checking before assuming a code applies.

What they make

Fine bone china tableware in patterns ranging from the traditional to the contemporary, sold as place settings and as open stock so a service can be built or replaced piece by piece.

Teaware is a category in its own right here, along with the Jasperware giftware and decorative pieces, Christmas ornaments issued annually, and the floral Royal Albert ranges that sit alongside under the same group.

Buying tableware to last

Two questions decide whether a service works in a real house. Is the pattern in current production, and is it open stock? A discontinued pattern means a broken plate cannot be replaced, which turns a service into an heirloom rather than something you eat off.

Then the practical specification: whether a piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. Anything with a metallic gilt band is not microwave safe and usually should not go in a dishwasher either, however tempting. Check before buying if the set is meant for daily use rather than for a cabinet.

Using a Wedgwood discount code

Select the china, apply the code at the checkout and confirm the total before ordering. These are listed as Wedgwood discount codes, voucher codes and promo codes.

Offers here are frequently structured as a percentage above a spend threshold, which suits building a service in one order rather than adding a piece at a time. Codes often name a single brand within the group, so read whether Royal Albert is covered separately. Limited editions and annual pieces are the least likely to be discounted, while discontinued patterns carry the deepest reductions.
