About Cancer Research UK - Online Shop

Cancer Research UK's official online shop sells gifts and other products connected with the charity, including cards, accessories and selected clothing. Its range offers a way to choose a useful item or present while shopping through the charity's own store. Start with the recipient or purpose, then compare the actual contents and specifications rather than assuming that every product in a named collection is the same type of purchase.

Choosing gifts from the official charity shop

For greeting cards, check the number in a pack, the size and whether envelopes are included. Read any information about the printed message so the design suits the occasion. A mixed selection can be useful if you need several cards, while a single chosen design may fit a particular recipient. Seasonal availability can change, so confirm the actual product in the current listing.

Comparing cards, accessories and clothing

Accessories and household gifts need their own comparison of measurements, materials and contents. A candle, water bottle and travel accessory are different purchases, even when they share a collection design. Check the supplied care or use information and whether the price covers one item or a set. For clothing, use the relevant size guide and fabric description rather than selecting by the image alone.

Checking collections and product information

Named fundraising collections can have information explaining their purpose or connection with the charity. Read the relevant details if that connection influences your purchase, and avoid assuming a fixed donation amount or proportion unless it is explicitly stated for the item. Gifts should still suit the person receiving them. Check ingredients or other product-specific information where relevant and keep any supplied instructions with the purchase.

Reviewing the order and promotional terms

A Cancer Research UK discount code may apply to selected shop products or basket conditions, so review eligibility before payment. Compare the final cost after delivery and any exclusions, and check dispatch information if ordering for an occasion. Read the return terms for the product chosen. Keep the receipt and listing details so the quantity, collection and selected variant can be verified when the order arrives.
