About Office Furniture Online

Office Furniture Online discount codes are listed above. Below is what the company supplies, how to choose a chair and desk that fit, and what its warranty covers.

About Office Furniture Online

Office Furniture Online supplies workplace furniture across the UK to businesses of every size, and increasingly to people fitting out a room at home. The catalogue is broad enough that it serves SMEs, large corporates, schools and universities, and healthcare settings from the same range.

The range

Seating covers ergonomic, task, executive, visitor and conference chairs. Desks run from standard rectangular through corner and L-shaped to bench systems and sit-stand models. Around that sits storage (filing cabinets, cupboards, lockers, shelving), meeting and reception furniture, soft seating for breakout areas, classroom furniture, whiteboards and noticeboards, and the accessories that make a desk workable — monitor arms, footrests, screens, cable management.

Buying a chair you will still like in a year

If you are buying one thing properly, make it the chair. Look for adjustable seat height, adjustable lumbar support and adjustable arms as a minimum — a chair that only moves up and down will not fit you for eight hours a day. If several people will use it, prioritise range of adjustment over any single fixed shape.

For desks, measure the room before the desk. Corner and L-shaped desks are handed, and a left-hand return in a right-hand space is an expensive mistake.

Services worth knowing about

Every product carries at least a three-year warranty. Free space planning and office design are offered, along with a quote-design-install service if you would rather not build forty desks yourself, and trade credit accounts for business customers. Chairs are delivered assembled.

Using an Office Furniture Online discount code

Add items to the basket and enter the code at checkout, confirming the total changes before you pay. If you are placing a large or recurring order, it is worth contacting the sales team directly as well — for volume, a quoted price frequently beats a published code, and the two are rarely combinable anyway.
