About PillSorted

PillSorted is a registered UK online pharmacy whose main service is sorting repeat medication into dated pouches, so that each dose is packed by day and time rather than left across several boxes.
The service is aimed at people taking several medicines a day, where the sorting is what prevents missed and doubled doses. It is a pharmacy service, regulated as one.

What the service covers

Repeat NHS prescriptions transferred to the pharmacy and dispensed in dated pouches delivered to the door, alongside a membership that bundles pharmacist support with the dispensing.
Some treatments are offered through a private route with a prescriber assessment, and those are handled separately from the NHS repeat side.

How a pharmacy service works

Transferring a repeat prescription means nominating the pharmacy through the NHS electronic system. The GP practice continues to issue the prescriptions; what changes is who dispenses them and how they arrive.
Where a treatment requires a private prescription, a questionnaire is assessed by a prescriber, who can approve it, ask for more information or decline. In the UK it is not lawful to advertise prescription-only medicines to the public, which is why none is named on this page or in any offer here. A discount changes the price of a service; it does not affect a clinical decision.
None of the above is medical advice. Do not stop, start or change a prescribed medicine because of a pharmacy switch, and tell the pharmacist about everything you take, including supplements, since interactions are what they are there to catch.

Using a PillSorted discount code

Some offers here apply automatically at sign-up with no code to enter, and where that is the case the reduction shows on the checkout screen. These appear as PillSorted discount codes, voucher codes and promo codes.
Offers are for new patients and apply to a first treatment or a membership year rather than to ongoing dispensing. NHS prescription charges are set nationally and are not discountable by anyone.
