Check the certification before the colour

The same care applies to body armour: look for the impact rating on jackets and trousers, because a textile jacket with empty armour pockets is clothing, not protective equipment.

Fitment and sizing are where returns come from

There is a vehicle selector that filters parts down to a single year and model, and a helmet finder that works from head shape as well as circumference. Use both. Motorcycle sizing is not consistent between makers, and a race-cut jacket and a touring jacket carrying the same label can fit very differently, so read the measurements in the size chart instead of assuming your usual size. The video reviews and long-form articles are genuinely useful for narrowing a shortlist before committing.

What the loyalty scheme actually hands back
