About tru diamonds

Tru Diamonds discount codes and voucher codes are listed above. Underneath is what the company actually sells, the distinction that matters most before buying, and what a Tru Diamonds discount code covers.

What Tru Diamonds sells

This is the point to be clear about first, because the name invites confusion. Tru Diamonds sells laboratory-created diamond simulants: man-made stones cut and set to look like diamonds, at a small fraction of the price of mined ones.

A simulant is not a mined diamond and it is not a lab-grown diamond either. A lab-grown diamond is chemically identical carbon; a simulant is a different material chosen because it behaves like a diamond to the eye. The company is open about this, and understanding it is what makes the purchase sensible rather than disappointing.

What they make

Rings across solitaire, cluster and eternity settings, with earrings, pendants, bracelets and tennis-style pieces alongside.

Settings are in sterling silver, gold-plated silver and solid gold depending on the range, and the metal is usually where the real cost sits, since the stone itself is inexpensive to produce.

Who it suits

Three situations make this a good purchase. Travelling with something that would be a disaster to lose. Wearing a large stone daily without insurance anxiety. Or replacing a piece that was lost or is kept in a safe.

Where it does not suit is as an investment or a resale asset: a simulant has no secondary value. If the sentiment of a mined or lab-grown stone matters to the recipient, this is the wrong purchase however good it looks.

Using a Tru Diamonds discount code

Pick the piece, apply the code at the checkout and confirm the total before the order goes through. These appear as Tru Diamonds discount codes, voucher codes and promo codes.

The mechanic here is almost always a fixed amount off above a spend threshold, in steps, rather than a percentage. That structure favours a single larger purchase over two small ones, and it means the effective saving falls once you pass a tier. Work out which threshold you sit closest to before adding a second item to qualify.
