About Arena Flowers

About Arena Flowers

Arena Flowers is a UK online florist that has built its identity around ethics rather than around price or presentation. It has scored full marks on the Good Shopping Guide's Ethical Company Index every year since 2018 and holds the top rating in its category.

The claims behind that are specific rather than vague. The company removed fossil-based single-use plastics from its packaging in 2017, operates what it describes as the industry's first closed-loop waste system, and has planted more than a million trees. There is a Fairtrade collection within the range.

What they send

Hand-tied bouquets are the core, alongside plants, gifts and a letterbox range packed flat to fit through a standard door. Flower subscriptions run separately from one-off orders, and next-day delivery covers the UK, with dedicated coverage for London, Edinburgh and Bristol.

Choosing between letterbox and courier

This is the decision that matters most when sending to someone else. Letterbox flowers arrive whether or not anyone is home, which removes the commonest failure in flower delivery: a bouquet left in a porch on a warm afternoon. They come in bud and open over a few days.

Courier delivery carries the larger hand-tied arrangements and needs someone to receive them, or a safe place recorded on the order. If you do not know the recipient's routine, letterbox is the safer choice even when the bouquet is smaller.

Using an Arena Flowers discount code

Choose your bouquet and delivery date, then enter the code at checkout and confirm the total updates before paying. These are listed as Arena Flowers discount codes, voucher codes, promo codes and coupons; all of them mean the same thing.

Two florist patterns apply here as everywhere. Postage is charged apart from the bouquet, so read whether a code reduces the flowers, the delivery, or both. The busiest dates in the florist's year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day above all, are routinely excluded from codes entirely.

Subscription pricing generally cannot be combined with a one-off code, so if you send flowers regularly it is worth comparing the two rather than assuming the code wins.
