About easyHotel

easyHotel is the budget hotel arm of the easy family of brands, and it borrows the same commercial logic as the airline: a low headline rate with the extras unbundled and priced separately.

Hotels sit in city centres across the UK and continental Europe, close to stations and airports, which is the whole point. The rooms are small and purposeful, built for people who need somewhere to sleep near where they are going rather than somewhere to spend the day.

What the rate covers and what it does not

The room and nothing much else. Breakfast, luggage storage, early check-in, late check-out and in some properties even a television or a window can be chargeable extras rather than inclusions.

None of that is hidden, but it does mean the advertised rate and the final bill can differ noticeably. Add up the extras you actually want before comparing the price against a conventional hotel, because on some trips the cheaper base rate stays cheaper and on others it does not.

Booking direct

The chain pushes direct booking hard, and its own member scheme carries a standing reduction on top of the public rate. Multi-night stays at selected hotels attract their own offers.

That matters when you are weighing a code. A member rate and a promotional code are usually alternatives rather than a stack, so work out which of the two is worth more on the nights you want.

Using an easyHotel discount code

Pick the hotel and the dates, put the code in before payment and check the total is what you expect. These appear as easyHotel discount codes, voucher codes and promo codes.

Rate types are where the conditions live. The cheapest rates are non-refundable and often ineligible for further discount, while flexible rates cost more and accept codes more readily. Date restrictions and named-city limits are common too, so check the code covers the property you have chosen before you commit to the dates.
