About Footasylum

Footasylum is a UK trainer and streetwear retailer stocking Nike, adidas, New Balance, The North Face and its own labels, and a Footasylum discount code is most useful on a full outfit order rather than on a single hyped release, because the big drops are usually what codes exclude. The shops and the website sit at the fashion end of sportswear, so sizing and release mechanics behave differently from a general sports retailer.

Sizing does not carry across brands

A UK nine is not a fixed measurement across brands. Adidas runs close to true length in most silhouettes, Nike varies by model with some retro shapes narrow, and New Balance offers width fittings other brands do not. Width matters more than people expect: a narrow shoe in your usual length feels short, because the foot sits higher. Measure in the evening, when your foot is largest, and check the brand's chart rather than the number on your last pair.

Limited releases work on allocation, not queueing

Sought-after trainers arrive in small numbers and are often sold by raffle or timed launch rather than first come first served, so entering does not guarantee a pair. If a release that sold out everywhere looks cheap elsewhere, treat the seller with suspicion; the retailer is the only way to be sure what arrives.

Clothing fit in streetwear sizing

Streetwear is cut generously on purpose. Oversized hoodies and boxy jackets are meant to sit large, so your normal size gives the intended look and sizing up gives a looser one. Check body length on tops and inside leg on joggers, since a relaxed fit can be long as well as wide.

Returns: what counts as unworn

Trainers go back unworn in their original box, and the box counts as part of the product rather than packaging, so do not post the shoes in it or write on it. Try them on carpet indoors, not on pavement: scuffed soles are refused. Keep the returns paperwork until the refund lands, and check the window on sale items, which is sometimes shorter.

Using a Footasylum discount code

Add the items to the basket and apply the code before payment, then check the total changed. Codes exclude new releases, selected brands and items already reduced, and only one applies per order. Free delivery thresholds are worked out after the discount, so an order that clears the threshold beforehand can fall under it afterwards.
