About Freddie's Flowers UK

Freddie's Flowers offers seasonal flower deliveries through individual orders, subscriptions and gift options. Its boxes provide stems to arrange, so the selected delivery arrangement matters. Start with the product or service you need, then use the individual listing to narrow the choice. The useful details are those attached to the selected option, so compare its specification and contents alongside the photographs and headline price.

Flowers and the contents of the box

Freddie's Flowers selections change with the offering. Check the described stems, arrangement information and whether any vase or extras are supplied. Read the arrangement description, supplied size and any information about seasonal substitutions. Check whether a vase or other extras are included, and add the recipient’s details and gift message carefully. Delivery availability depends on the selected address and date, so confirm the option shown for the actual order before paying.

Subscriptions and delivery frequency

When choosing regular flowers, review the frequency, payment arrangements and current options for skipping, changing or ending deliveries. Compare a one-off purchase with any recurring arrangement shown on the website. Review the billing interval, renewal terms, contents and the process for changing or ending the service. A first-order price does not necessarily describe later payments, so consider the complete arrangement and keep a copy of the terms accepted at signup.

Preparing a flower gift

For a gift, check the recipient information, message and delivery date, then read the arrangement and care guidance supplied. Review every name, date, message or uploaded image before submitting the order. Check the preview, print area and selected format, paying particular attention to spelling and cropping. Read the stated production arrangements and return conditions for personalised products, and allow time for making the item as well as delivering it.

Confirming your flower delivery

Before ordering, check this page for a Freddie's Flowers discount code and read its eligibility conditions. Confirm that the selected items or service qualify, then review the amount payable after applying any accepted offer. Include delivery, optional extras and other displayed charges in the comparison. Save the confirmation and the details of the option purchased, so quantities, dates or specifications remain easy to check later.
