The plans are organised by how you eat rather than by cuisine. Recipes rotate weekly with a large number to choose from, so a plan is a filter rather than a fixed menu. If two people in a household eat differently, look at the flexitarian and vegetarian options together before assuming you need two boxes.

What actually arrives

Ingredients come measured for the recipes you selected, chilled, with the meat and fish packed to stay cold in transit. Cooking times quoted on the cards assume a tidy kitchen and everything to hand, so allow a little more the first few times. You still supply the basics: oil, salt, pepper and usually a pan of boiling water.

The subscription is the product

This is a recurring plan, not a one-off purchase. Introductory offers apply to the first boxes and the price then settles at the standard rate, so work out the ongoing weekly cost per portion rather than judging by the trial. Weeks can be skipped and the plan paused or cancelled, but there is a cut-off several days before each delivery, after which that box is locked in.
