About Higher Nature

Higher Nature is a British supplements company with roots in the practitioner market, which shows in how the products are put together. Formulations tend to specify the form of a nutrient rather than just its name, and the doses are set for effect rather than for a label claim.

That is a different proposition from a supermarket multivitamin, and it is reflected in the price. Whether it is worth the difference depends entirely on what you are taking and why.

What they make

Vitamins and minerals as single nutrients and in combination, with an emphasis on the more absorbable forms. Probiotics are a substantial line, as are omega oils and fish oil alternatives.

Around those sit digestive support, joint and bone formulations, immune products and a range aimed at energy and stress. Vegan and allergen-free versions run through much of the catalogue.

Comparing supplements honestly

Two things distinguish a good supplement from an expensive one. The form matters: magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide are absorbed very differently, and the same is true of iron, zinc and folate. A cheaper product using the poorer form is not cheaper per unit absorbed.

The second is dose per serving and how many capsules a serving takes. A tub of ninety capsules at three per day lasts a month, not three. Work out cost per day rather than cost per tub, and check the expiry against how long the tub will actually last you.

Using a Higher Nature discount code

Fill the basket, apply the code at the checkout and confirm the total before ordering. These are listed as Higher Nature discount codes, voucher codes and promo codes.

Two mechanics run here regularly: a fixed amount off above a minimum spend, and free or reduced shipping above a threshold. They do not always combine, and a code that pulls the order under the free postage line can cost more than it saves. Multibuy pricing on the products people take continuously usually beats a percentage, so compare the two on a repeat order.
