About iscooterglobal

iScooter is a direct-selling electric scooter brand running its own UK storefront, and the catalogue has spread well beyond scooters into bikes, dirt machines and mobility models.

Four groups under one roof

They are not interchangeable, and the differences matter before anything is added to a basket. The commuter scooters fold, run modest motors and suit short journeys. The off-road models carry heavier motors, proper suspension and knobbly tyres, and belong on private tracks. A third set arrives with a seat fitted, and a fourth is a mobility range built for riders who cannot walk far, which is a different legal class altogether. Electric bikes and an electric dirt bike sit alongside, with helmets, locks, chargers and spare tubes filling out the accessories.

Three sets of rules, not one

British law treats these machines in three different ways, and the group you are buying from decides which applies. A privately owned electric scooter may be ridden only on private land with the owner's permission, never on a road, a pavement or a cycle lane. A pedal-assist bicycle whose motor stops at fifteen and a half miles an hour on a 250 watt continuous rating counts as an ordinary bicycle and needs no paperwork at all. A class three mobility scooter is different again: it is allowed on the road, has to be registered with the DVLA, and is limited to eight miles an hour. Working out which of the three sits in your basket is worth more than any figure on the specification sheet.

Where the code goes in

Choose the machine, add any accessory, then open the basket and use the discount field there ahead of the payment page, waiting for the totals to settle before continuing. Codes on this site are often tied to named models rather than the whole shop, so one that fails may simply belong to a different scooter. The basket accepts a single code, and a machine already carrying a sale price will usually refuse a second reduction on top.

Delivery, cover and the checks worth making

Free delivery within a few working days, a thirty-day money-back window and a year of warranty are advertised across the range. Use that return window properly rather than politely: ride the thing up the actual hill on your route, in the wet, carrying whatever you normally carry, because a scooter that feels strong around a level car park can run out of legs on a real commute. Discounts are deepest on outgoing models once a replacement is announced, and the site runs its broadest sales in the back-to-school weeks and again over Black Friday.
