About iSinwheel

isinwheel sells electric scooters and electric bikes straight from its own UK storefront, with a line-up that starts at small machines for children and climbs to twin-motor models built for rough ground.

The range

The scooters step up in clear stages. The entry models are light commuter machines with modest motors and folding stems; the middle of the range buys range, brakes and hill-climbing; and the GT series arrives with two motors, larger pneumatic tyres and off-road geometry. On the bicycle side there are folding commuters, step-through city frames and full electric mountain bikes. Spare batteries, tyres, chargers and accessories sit beside the machines, which matters more than it looks: parts for a direct-sales brand are rarely available anywhere else.

Where these may legally be ridden

Settle this before ordering rather than after. A privately owned electric scooter can only be used on private land with the landowner's permission: public roads, pavements and cycle lanes are all out, and the council rental trials are the sole exception to that. Electric bicycles are treated quite differently. One that assists only while you pedal, stops assisting at fifteen and a half miles an hour and carries a continuous motor rating of 250 watts counts as an ordinary bicycle in law. Anything quicker or stronger than that, and several of the higher-specification machines on this site are both, is legally a motor vehicle and would need registration, insurance and a licence before it touched a road. Read the specification with that distinction in mind.

Getting the code to register

Add the machine and any accessory first, then open the basket and put the code into the discount field before the payment screen, watching for the total to change. Several promotions here are conditional rather than flat, wanting an accessory alongside a scooter, so a code can look dead when the basket merely does not qualify yet. One code applies per order, and none will sit on top of an already discounted bundle.

Delivery, warranty and buying sensibly

Machines ship from UK stock and warranty claims run through the brand rather than a retailer, so keep the order confirmation findable. Battery health rather than motor power decides how a scooter feels after two winters, and quoted maximum range is measured with a light rider on flat ground in mild weather. The steepest reductions land on the previous generation once a new model is announced, and there is usually a sale running around Black Friday and again through the back-to-school weeks.
