About Prestige Flowers
Prestige Flowers is a British flower delivery company based at Dean Clough in Halifax, West Yorkshire, part of a group that also runs hamper and florist brands, and a Prestige Flowers discount code is normally spent on a bouquet going to somebody else on a particular day. Timing is the whole game here, and the cut-offs are later than most people expect.
The cut-offs, including the weekend ones
Orders for next-day delivery are taken until late in the evening, and the weekend deadlines are earlier: mid-afternoon on Saturday for a Sunday arrival and early afternoon on Sunday for Monday. Delivery runs seven days a week across the United Kingdom. A named day can be booked up to six months ahead, excluding bank holidays, which is the feature worth using for an anniversary you will otherwise forget.
Bouquets travel by post, not by florist van
These arrangements go through the postal network rather than being hand-delivered by a local shop, which is why they are boxed to survive the journey and why a delivery window is an estimate rather than a promise. There is a premium service with a wide daytime window and a guaranteed-before-lunchtime option at a higher price.
What happens if nobody is in
The courier either leaves the parcel somewhere safe on the property or leaves a card with redelivery details. It is not automatically taken back to a depot, which is good for getting the flowers there and worth knowing if the recipient is away. For a surprise, a neighbour is a safer bet than a garden.
Getting a fortnight out of them
Trim the stems at an angle before they go in water, use the sachet of flower food from the box, and change the water as soon as it clouds. Keep the vase between eighteen and twenty-three degrees and away from radiators, ceiling fans and electronics that give off heat. Recut the stems every few days. These are the company's own instructions, and they are the difference between four days and twelve.
Using a Prestige Flowers discount code
Enter the code before payment and check the total, then check the delivery line separately, since the premium and guaranteed services are charged on top and are normally outside an offer. Peak dates, principally Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas, are the standard exclusions, and an annual delivery pass is a different proposition from a one-off code.
