About Spartoo.co.uk

Spartoo is a French footwear and fashion retailer with a UK site carrying a very large catalogue of brands, and a Spartoo.co.uk discount code is applied to an order that may be fulfilled by Spartoo itself or by a partner seller. That second possibility is the thing to check, because it changes who you are dealing with if something goes wrong.

Sold by Spartoo or sold by a partner

A marketplace listing names its seller, and that seller sets the dispatch time and handles the return. An order that splits across two sellers arrives as two parcels with two return addresses and two clocks running. Before buying, look for the seller name on the product page, and if you are ordering several pairs, check whether they come from the same place.

European sizing and the width nobody lists

Everything here is sold in European sizes, and a French or Italian brand's 40 is not the same shoe as a German brand's 40. Where a listing gives a measured insole length in centimetres, use it. Width is rarely stated at all, which matters for a broad foot: a leather upper will give a little, a synthetic one will not, and a sandal with adjustable straps sidesteps the problem entirely.

Delivery and returns cross a border

Stock ships from the continent, so allow more days than a British warehouse would take, and check at checkout whether the price shown includes UK duty and tax or whether they are collected on delivery. A return also travels back, which lengthens the time before a refund appears. Keep the proof of postage until the money lands.

Brand size guides beat the site's own

On a catalogue of hundreds of labels, a single conversion table cannot be right for all of them. Where a brand publishes its own guide, that is the better source, and comparing against a pair you already own from the same maker is better still.

Using a Spartoo discount code

Put the code in before payment and check the delivered total rather than the basket figure. Marketplace items sold by partners are frequently outside site-wide offers, as are lines already reduced, so if a code refuses to apply the seller is usually the reason.
