About Allbranded UK

Allbranded supplies promotional merchandise in the UK — everyday items printed or embroidered with a company logo, for trade stands, staff kit, conferences and customer gifts.

What can be branded

The catalogue is arranged by the job the item does rather than by material. Drinkware and water bottles, pens and notebooks, tote bags, caps and clothing, umbrellas, power banks and cable sets, lanyards, keyrings and desk items all appear, and there is a recycled and sustainable section for organisations that have to answer questions about waste. Alongside unbranded stock there are recognised names — Stanley, Moleskine, BIC, CamelBak and similar — for occasions where the gift itself needs to carry weight.

Getting the artwork right

This is where orders go wrong. Send vector artwork rather than a logo lifted from a website, because a small web image will print blurred at any size. Say which colours are required, ideally as Pantone references, since screen colour and printed colour on a coloured item are not the same thing. And keep the print area in mind: a wide logo on a narrow pen is going to be reduced until the strapline is unreadable, so a simplified version of a logo often works better on small items than the full one.

Quantities, proofs and timing

Branded goods are priced in bands, so the unit cost falls sharply as the quantity rises and a small order can look poor value per item. Ask for a digital proof before production and check the spelling on it yourself — a misprint discovered after a run of a thousand mugs is nobody's friend. Build in time as well: standard production runs to a couple of weeks with delivery on top, and while express options exist for some lines, ordering three days before an exhibition limits what is possible.

Using an Allbranded discount code

Add the items to your order, then enter the code in the voucher field before you confirm, and check the amount shown per unit.
