About Parcel2Go

Parcel2Go discount codes and voucher codes are listed above. Below: how the service works, what to get right before booking, and what a Parcel2Go discount code covers.

About Parcel2Go

Parcel2Go is a British parcel booking service. It does not carry anything itself: it compares the couriers and books the job with whichever one you choose, at rates negotiated on volume rather than at the counter price.
That is the whole proposition. The same courier collecting the same parcel usually costs less booked this way than booked directly, because the price comes from a bulk contract.

What they offer

Collection from an address or drop-off at a shop or locker, UK and international sending, next-day and economy services, pallet and heavy freight, and tracking across the services.
Comparison covers the main national couriers, and the choice on any given parcel is usually between a cheaper drop-off and a more expensive collection.

Getting a parcel booking right

Measure and weigh the parcel packed, not empty, and be honest about it. Couriers re-weigh and re-measure at the depot, and an under-declared parcel attracts a surcharge that wipes out the saving and then some. Large light boxes are charged on volumetric weight rather than actual weight, which catches people out constantly.
Read what the compensation actually covers before adding cover. Standard cover is small, most services exclude a long list of items — glass, electronics, jewellery, liquids — and a claim on an excluded item fails however well it was packed.
Pack for a conveyor belt, not for a car boot. Double-wall boxes, filling that stops movement, and the label secured flat. Keep the proof of postage or the drop-off receipt, because that is what a claim rests on.
Drop-off is normally cheaper than collection and is also more reliable, since a missed collection costs a day.

Using a Parcel2Go discount code

Get the quote, apply the code before payment and check the total. These appear as Parcel2Go discount codes, voucher codes and promo codes.
Referral offers here apply to a first parcel on a new account for both people. Codes usually work on the shipping price rather than on insurance, packaging or surcharges, and the cheapest economy services are sometimes excluded because the margin on them is minimal.
