About PrinterPix UK
PrinterPix is a photo printing company founded in 2011 with a London team, printing UK orders in the United Kingdom and trading in several other countries, and a PrinterPix discount code is spent on photo books, canvases, calendars, blankets and mugs. Everything is made to order from files you supply, so the result depends more on your photographs than on the printer.
Production time and delivery time are two separate clocks
Custom items need a few working days to be made before anything ships, and the delivery speed you choose applies only after that. Paying for an expedited courier does not shorten production. Count back from the date you need it, add both figures, and allow extra in December when the volume peak lands on exactly the stage that stretches.
Resolution decides the print, and the uploader will let you proceed anyway
Photo printing wants roughly three hundred dots per inch at the finished size. A file that looks sharp on a phone will look soft as a large canvas, and enlarging a small file adds pixels rather than detail. If the site warns you about a low-resolution image, that warning is the most useful thing on the page. The usual culprit is a screenshot or a picture saved from social media: those are recompressed and often only a few hundred pixels across, so go back to the original camera file.
Bleed, trimming and the gutter in the middle
Printed products are cut with a tolerance, so anything within a few millimetres of the edge can disappear. In a photo book the inner gutter swallows the centre of a double-page spread, which is exactly where people put a face. Keep heads, feet and text well inside the safe area rather than filling the frame.
Personalised means not returnable
A made-to-order print cannot be resold, so the ordinary right to change your mind does not apply. A fault, a print defect or an error against the file you submitted is different and should be put right. Check the preview carefully and keep the order confirmation, since that is the record of what you asked for.
Using a PrinterPix discount code
Enter the code before payment and check the total, then check the delivery line separately, since carriage and any expedited upgrade normally sit outside an offer. Bundles priced as a package rarely take more off, and codes here tend to carry a short expiry.
